There was this lady I worked with years ago who was in the last stages, but boy did her neurons get fired up when she remembered how her son-in-law “stole” her car! Whew. It seemed to be the one of the few (relatively) recent events that she remembered.

They’d found her wandering down a road, completely lost and scared. That was the last time she drove.
