I get this sentiment. I’m realizing it’s part of each writer’s journey… To be blown away in a profound way, then to try (and fail) to recreate this feeling with our own, seemingly lacking efforts.

I have an email folder with admired works in it, and of course bookmarked here. They make me want to push myself further outside the box, and keep the try/fail/try cycle going. Today, I’ll try again.
