It’s beautiful — so jealous! I won’t have any for months yet. Definitely freeze them, it’s easy and worth it. I’ve had great success freezing many different varieties.

Yes, some of them can be quite prolific. For some reason I can never get bell peppers to grow here, but the hot varieties do wonderfully.
