You already seem to have it. I think your dream is an exposure of the struggle with your desire to be yourself, and your continued fears and worries about judgment from others.

As for the other woman screaming, I think this is where you are trying to break free from your past. You, yourself, would not react that way, so in a sense, she’s a bolder, freer version of the emotions you still have tucked away.
